SHIPPING COSTS
YOKO offers Free Standard Shipping to:
- Australia when you spend $100 or more in one transaction after any discounts are applied.
- Rest of world when you spend $150 or more in one transaction after any discounts are applied.
For Australian orders under $100:
-Standard Shipping within Australia is $8.95
For International orders under $150:
-New Zealand and Asia: $12.95
-All other destinations: $19.95
Express Overnight Delivery* within Australia is $12.95 on all orders.
PICK-UP
Customers are welcome to pick their order up from our warehouse located at 212/27 Mars Road, Lane Cove West, Sydney. For same day pick-up, please ensure your order is placed prior to 12pm on a weekday. As our systems are automated, there is a $4.95 pick-up fee for the manual handling of pick-up orders.
Express International Delivery is:
-New Zealand and Asia: $24.95
-North America: $29.95
-Europe: $34.95
-Rest of World: $54.95
TRACKING
All orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Please check your junk mail folder if you haven’t received an email from us within 48 hours.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for settling international duties and taxes where applicable. We’re sorry, but we are unable to put a lower value on orders to avoid or reduce taxes as our systems are automated and this practice is illegal. Failure to collect your order due to not paying import taxes will result in forfeiting your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched at 2pm AEST each weekday.
Standard shipping within Australia takes 1-7 working days.
Standard international shipping takes 3-12 working days.
Please note, we have recently experienced longer shipping times to Israel.

RE-SHIPMENTS AND NON-PICK UP RETURNS
All re-shipments due to incorrect address or non-pickup will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $15. Items returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address or non-pick up will incur a $15 restocking fee.
INSURANCE
We include coverage for $30 within Australia and $50 internationally. If you wish to upgrade your insurance to cover more than these limits, please contact us at [email protected] for details prior to purchase.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING OPTION
A $2 fee will be charged for changes made to shipping options after an order has been completed.
THE MIDDLE EAST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For customers shipping to some countries in the Middle East, only a P.O Box address is accepted as these national postal services do not provide delivery to street addresses.
If customers send packages using a street address, it will be returned to sender as undeliverable and re-shipment / restocking fees will be charged as per above.
