RETURN POLICY 
We hope you love your purchase, but just in case you don't, we make returns and exchanges super easy. To ensure a smooth and speedy process, please return the item(s) within 14 days from the date you received them, in unworn/unused condition with labels and packaging intact to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

 

The cost of return shipping is not covered by YOKO, and remains the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error by YOKO. For this reason, we do our best to ensure product descriptions are kept up-to-date and as accurate as possible, and our friendly customer service team is always happy help with any questions prior to purchase.

 

Orders that fail to meet the minimum shipping spend after a change of mind return is granted will incur an $8.95 fee for Australian orders or $14.95 for international orders, for the cost of shipping and handling the original order. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

 

Items returned to our warehouse without their original packaging and tags or returned due to incorrect address or non-pick up will incur a $14.95 restocking fee, as well as any delivery costs.

 

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED? 
Refunds will only be offered for full priced goods and are not available for sale items, discounted items purchased using a promo code, swimwear, headwear or linen (due to health regulations), unless they are faulty. Afterpay orders are non-refundable under all circumstances.

CAN I RETURN SALES ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE? 
Refunds, exchange and credits are not provided for sale items, unless they are faulty. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned for a store credit.

HOW TO RETURN
Email hello@yoko.com.au and let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason within 14 days of receipt. If eligible for a return, we will send you a returns form which must be completed, printed and posted back with your return.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN? 
Please allow 2 weeks for a return to be processed from the time you ship it back to us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 
If your order has not yet been packed and shipped, we will organise a credit note.

HOW TO EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your item for something else in our store, simply follow the return procedure above and place a new order through the web shop. If you are in a hurry to receive your replacement or are concerned about stock running out, we recommend ordering the new item before the return is processed.
